    Official tier, division and League Points remain the competitive context. Gilrain’s Regional Performance Index is descriptive; it is not MMR or ELO.

    Solo Queue scope

    The current prototype covers Challenger and Grandmaster match records from patch 26.9 onward. It does not claim tournament or live-event coverage.

  3. 03

    Local operation

    Campaigns are started manually and run in a local Docker environment. There are no public accounts or hosted multi-tenant workspace today.

  4. 04

    Reviewed publication

    Regional comparisons are generated from archived inputs and reviewed before they are treated as a scouting output.
